Today, I was laid off from my remote operations job due to company restructuring. I've poured so much into this role, often working late nights and weekends, always ready to help out whenever needed. Now, I'm left feeling lost and uncertain about the future. I'm actively looking for a new position, but I have no idea how long this process will take. It's tough to come to terms with the fact that despite my dedication, I found myself on the chopping block.
