I applied to several jobs about two years ago, and I just checked my applications. They are all still marked as "Applied." I'm starting to wonder if Handshake is completely useless at this point. My resume isn't bad, but the lack of progress is really frustrating. It feels like I'm just stuck in limbo with no updates or feedback. I’ve seen comments suggesting that these might be ghost jobs or that I should just move on since it's been so long. I'm not sure what to do next.
