    Applied to a Job Feeling Miscellaneous Thinking

    I applied to several jobs about two years ago, and I just checked my applications. They are all still marked as "Applied." I'm starting to wonder if Handshake is completely useless at this point. My resume isn't bad, but the lack of progress is really frustrating. It feels like I'm just stuck in limbo with no updates or feedback. I’ve seen comments suggesting that these might be ghost jobs or that I should just move on since it's been so long. I'm not sure what to do next.

    Feeling Thinking

    I recently faced another setback in my job search after failing yet another interview. I felt like I performed well throughout the process, but ultimately, I was rejected. The only explanation I can come up with is my status as a fresher. I've been trying to land a tech job for what feels like forever, but success continues to elude me. The burnout from this ongoing struggle is overwhelming; I find myself just staring at the wall all day, feeling defeated. It's frustrating to see job postings asking for 0-1 year of experience, only to find that they end up hiring candidates with three years or more. I'm really tired of this cycle.

    I recently received a rejection from the City of Hope, and I'm feeling really discouraged. It seems like no matter how hard I try, I just can't catch a break in my job search. I'm starting to wonder if there's any hope left for me at all.
