I had an interview on August 20 with the co-founder of a company I connected with through LinkedIn. The owner had previously reached out to me, expressing admiration for my work, which led to this interview opportunity. During the interview, both the owner and co-founder seemed impressed, with the co-founder even calling my portfolio "dope." The interview was supposed to last 30 minutes but wrapped up in about 18 minutes, with her doing most of the talking. I shared my creative process and project approaches, and she asked about relocation timelines. At the end, she mentioned I would hear from HR, who had scheduled the interview, and that there would likely be another interview with the founder. However, I haven't heard back since then. I followed up with HR via email but received no response. I'm feeling anxious about what to expect next.
