I'm currently working from home as a software support specialist, where I assist customers with training and troubleshooting a practice management software through live chat and phone support. I have a solid background in SQL databases, extensive customer service experience, and I'm well-versed in using and troubleshooting various versions of Windows. However, my current job has become quite stressful due to unreasonable expectations set by a new combined system for live chats and phones. I'm seriously considering quitting if things don't improve soon. I'm actively looking for a new remote job that pays at least $15 an hour and would appreciate any advice or leads that might help me in my search.
