I've been feeling really frustrated with job boards lately, especially LinkedIn and Indeed. I've applied to hundreds of roles over the past few months, and despite having my profile fully filled out and my target titles updated, I keep seeing the same few giant companies in my 'Recommended for You' feed. It's like I'm stuck in a loop. Most of the roles I see are either ones I've already applied to or 'Easy Apply' positions that have a ton of applicants, which feels pointless. What really drives me crazy is when I think I've exhausted all options and the market is just dead, only to stumble upon a dream role that was posted just a few days ago. I can't understand why it never showed up in my feed or alerts, even when I filter for the latest postings. It feels like the algorithms are actively hiding relevant roles from me, and it's making my job search even more stressful.
