They also mentioned that including my education might make me seem overqualified and a flight risk, which could be hindering my job search. I was told to focus on the impact of my work instead, such as how I contributed to a positive customer experience or increased sales. Additionally, it was recommended that I take out my personal profile, skills, and achievements sections, and instead stretch out the rest of my resume with specific accomplishments where I went above and beyond in my roles. Overall, it seems like I need to make significant changes to my resume to improve my chances of landing a job.
