I've been working in the wireless sales industry for years, and every morning I dread going in. The constant pressure to hit metrics, the micromanaging, and dealing with entitled customers has taken a toll on me. I'm really over it and looking to transition into a non-sales role. Retail seems manageable compared to what I've experienced in wireless. I know I'm not alone in feeling this way, especially since the wireless industry seems to be declining. I'm hoping to find something more fulfilling, maybe even in a different field altogether.
