Today, I faced yet another frustrating experience in my job search. I applied for a position at Jaycar and spent about 30 minutes filling out their application on their career page. However, when I tried to submit it, I hit a wall because it required a password that I never created. I attempted to recover the password, but the process was a nightmare. It led me to a page where I had to create a new password based on one I didn't have, and of course, the new password didn't work either. This isn't the first time I've encountered such issues; I've faced similar problems at least three other times with different companies. It's really disheartening and makes me feel like companies aren't genuinely interested in hiring anyone.
