Today, I learned that a friend of mine was let go from her job at a Noida-based company where she had been working for the past 2.5 years. She initially secured this position through her college placement, and it came with a bond that she had committed to. Unfortunately, the company has been struggling with a lack of projects, which ultimately led to her termination. It's really disheartening to see this happen, and I'm left wondering about the stability of the job market.
