I have a final round interview coming up for a position I applied for, and I'm feeling a mix of excitement and nerves. This will be my first in-person interview after a series of virtual ones. So far, I've gone through an HR screening call and two rounds with the hiring manager and a team member. The final round will be with the hiring manager again, which is interesting since I’ve already interviewed with them once. I'm trying to figure out the best way to prepare for this final round. The previous interviews have mostly focused on my experience, qualifications, and some behavioral and technical questions related to the job. I want to make sure I leave a good impression this time, especially since I've heard that the final interview is often more about assessing cultural fit rather than just skills. I plan to arrive early and dress well, as I've read that first impressions matter a lot. I’m also reminding myself to stay calm and take my time during the conversation. I’d love any tips on what specific questions I might expect or how to approach this final round effectively.
