I recently started my job search after being laid off from my position as a marketing coordinator at a mid-sized tech company. I was initially surprised by how different the job search experience is compared to what I expected. I thought it would be straightforward, but I quickly realized that the competition is fierce and the application process can be quite overwhelming. I've been applying to various roles and networking, but the responses have been slower than I anticipated.
