I recently had an interview for a new job with the HR department of a company and was also shortlisted for another position with the hiring manager. During our communication, the manager asked when I was available for an interview and requested that I create a Teams meeting for it. This struck me as unusual since I've never been asked to set up a meeting for a job interview before; it's typically the employer's responsibility. I'm starting to feel uneasy about the work culture at this company. Am I overreacting to consider rejecting this opportunity based on that request?
