I recently found out that my boss is closing down the business where I've been working for the past two years. I'm feeling a bit lost about the job search process, especially since I’m only 16 and this is my first experience looking for a new job. I’m not sure how to go about submitting my CV or even if I should just walk into businesses and hand it to the manager. I’ve heard that many applications are now done online, where you upload your resume and fill out forms. I guess I need to figure out which route is best for me.
