I work as a manager for a not-for-profit organization focused on food waste recycling, specifically coordinating a small team of young adults aged 18-25. Recently, I've noticed troubling signs that our organization may be facing significant challenges, including a loss of clients and the potential for shift reductions starting next month. This has raised concerns about our ability to meet the funding quotas necessary for our operations. Given the situation, I've started to polish my resume in preparation for the possibility of needing to find a new job if things do not improve.
