    Feeling Got a Job Planning Thinking

    I was recently laid off from my corporate management position in the tech industry, where I was making a six-figure salary. It was a tough pill to swallow, but I had to accept any job available to me. Now, I find myself in a low-level data entry role, working remotely for $25 an hour. While I'm grateful to have a job, I can't help but feel that this role is crushing my spirit. It's similar to a call center job, but thankfully, I don't have to take calls—just endless data entry, and they track every little thing I do. My manager even mentioned that I was one minute late today, which I found absurd. I have an MBA and a background in analytics, and I have interviews lined up. I'm eagerly looking forward to getting back into a position where I can utilize my skills and intellect, and hopefully return to a salaried role that brings me fulfillment.

    Feeling Got a Job

    After being laid off for a whole year, I finally received my first paycheck from my new job! I went from making $20k a month to earning nothing, and it was tough living off my savings for that entire time. I had to take a job that pays $25 an hour, which is a big change for me. I just got my first week's pay, and honestly, I'm so happy to see that $600! It's amazing how life can turn around, even in small ways. The ups and downs are really crazy.
