Disappointing interview experience for senior position raises concerns about company culture

I recently had a really disappointing interview for a senior position I was headhunted for at a company I hadn't considered before. After a series of interviews, I finally got to meet the hiring manager and another team member, but the experience felt more like an interrogation than a conversation. There were no pleasantries, just a barrage of questions with no feedback or engagement from them. It was unsettling. When I asked what kind of person would succeed in the role, the hiring manager bluntly stated they wouldn't have time to mentor anyone, implying that I should come in already knowing everything. I tried to clarify how someone could learn the ropes quickly, but the other interviewer reacted as if my question was offensive, insisting I should always have a plan ready. This left me with a really bad vibe about the company culture. While the position offered a salary and title boost compared to my current role, I couldn't shake the feeling that working there would be a nightmare. I’m also hesitant about withdrawing from the process because I value my relationship with the recruitment agency, which is top-notch in my field. However, I’m seriously considering pulling out before the final round, as I don't want to work with people who made me feel belittled for asking genuine questions.
