I’m currently working at Dunkin in New Jersey, trying to balance my job with college expenses. I’m 24 years old and I work alongside my sister. Finding this minimum-wage job took me several months, so leaving isn’t a simple option for me. However, I’m facing a serious issue with my manager, who is consistently angry and has shown mentally abusive and physically aggressive behavior. I've seen him confront my sister and other employees physically, which is alarming. We’ve reported his actions to upper management, but nothing seems to change. The work environment is becoming increasingly hostile, and I’m worried that his behavior might escalate into something worse. I need this job to support my education, but I’m feeling trapped and concerned for my safety and that of my coworkers.
