I recently received an email from American Express informing me that they are conducting a review of my account, which could lead to a reduction in my credit limit. This news hit me hard, especially given the current economic climate. I'm a 35-year-old male, and while I'm grateful to have a job, it simply doesn't pay enough to meet my needs. I've been actively applying for better-paying positions as well as part-time jobs to help supplement my income, but unfortunately, I've faced a string of rejections. It's becoming increasingly demoralizing, and I'm feeling the weight of adulting more than ever.
