I've been working at a call center for the past two years, and before that, I spent a year in a physical location. Lately, I've been feeling completely burnt out and honestly, some days it feels like I can't even do my job anymore. I know I need to leave, but I'm really worried about how to handle interviews without my current employer finding out. My schedule is packed with back-to-back calls from 9 to 5, and I'm not sure how to carve out time for interviews without raising suspicion. I thought about saying I have a doctor's appointment or asking for longer lunches, but I want to avoid causing any alarm. Has anyone else been in a similar situation? How did you manage to interview while still working?
