My assignment for a temporary manufacturing role has come to an end, as it wasn't a great fit for me. The company decided to end the assignment, which was a bit disappointing. However, there's a silver lining: the temp agency I worked with already has other job options lined up for me, and I've submitted my applications for those roles. I'm now just waiting to hear back on Monday to see what opportunities are next. It's a bit of a mixed bag of emotions for me this weekend as I process everything.
