I've been searching for a job for the past four months and it's been really challenging. I've applied to numerous positions in my field but haven't had any luck getting interviews. I've updated my resume and tailored my cover letters for each application, but it feels like I'm hitting a wall. I'm starting to feel discouraged and am wondering if I should consider changing my approach or even looking into different industries. Any advice or support would be greatly appreciated.
