I recently found out that I'm on a "not eligible for rehire" blacklist from a previous employer, and I'm looking for advice on how to potentially get off it. I self-resigned from my position there, but it seems that my departure didn't sit well with the management. I'm curious about how long these lists typically last and whether companies keep notes on the reasons for being placed on them. I really want to return to that company, but it feels like a long shot now. I've seen comments suggesting I should just move on, but I can't help but feel attached to my old role. Has anyone else experienced this and found a way back?
