Applied at Dell for Networking Position

I graduated in May and have been actively searching for jobs since March. So far, I've only landed one interview, which was for a networking position at Dell. My primary focus has been on applying for Software Engineering roles, as I completed two experiential classes in that field. However, I'm starting to feel like I might be overlooking other job types that could be more open to hiring someone without professional experience, since it seems like every listing emphasizes that requirement. I'm considering whether my previous experience at AMC could be leveraged, as I've heard companies often prefer to rehire former employees who are familiar with their operations. I'm hoping to find a path that allows me to gain the necessary experience while also aligning with my skills.
