I received a notification for a job that was marked as 'now,' but when I clicked on it, I found out it had been posted 10 hours prior with 29 applicants already ahead of me. This has become a common occurrence for me, and it raises the question of the effectiveness of these alerts. Are they truly helping job seekers, or are they just misleading? I'm also curious if anyone else has explored AI alternatives to these platforms, as it seems like the larger they get, the less useful their notifications become.
