I just learned that ServiceNow has cut hundreds of jobs again, and it feels surreal. I was part of the layoffs back in June, and I can't believe they are doing this so soon after. I spoke with a manager who survived this round, and the morale among the remaining employees is incredibly low. Everyone seems to be walking around in disbelief, wondering how this could happen again. It’s disheartening to think that the company, once considered 'the best place to work,' has changed so drastically. I’m actually relieved to be out of it now, but I know many are joining the unemployment line, and the job market feels tougher than ever.
