WillingCandle756's journey

I recently found myself in a situation where I was unemployed for an extended period, and I started to wonder what types of companies might be more open to hiring someone like me despite the gap in my resume. I’m curious to hear from others who have faced similar challenges. What job positions did you land that were more accepting of employment gaps? Any insights on companies or industries that are more flexible would be greatly appreciated!
