I had an interview with Aritzia on Wednesday as part of their hiring event for the holiday season. The process felt a bit chaotic since there were many candidates being interviewed at the same time. Originally, there were supposed to be three rounds of interviews, but due to the hiring team's busy schedule, I only got to interview with two people. The second interviewer spent only about two minutes with me, which felt quite rushed, especially since she had spent much longer with the candidate right before me. She then informed us that the third interviewer wouldn't be able to meet with us due to a conference call. I was told I would receive an email with an update by the end of the day on Monday, but as of now, I haven't heard anything, and the careers website still shows my assessment as in progress. I'm wondering if I should follow up with an email by the end of the week or just move on and accept that it might not work out.
