I’m currently in Michigan and feeling incredibly frustrated with my job search. It seems like there’s absolutely nothing to apply for that fits my skills and experience, especially to meet the new job search requirements. I’ve been spending hours on LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and Indeed, but all I find are spammy listings and AI-generated job postings that don’t lead anywhere. It’s exhausting and disheartening. I’m wondering if anyone else is facing the same struggle and if there are any other job search sites I might have missed. This whole situation is really getting me down.
