    Feeling Got a Job Planning Thinking

    I started a new job about two weeks ago, but I'm really unhappy with the experience so far. The training has been very lackluster, and the workload is overwhelming. I'm considering quitting but I'm unsure if I should give a two-week notice since I'm still new. I've heard mixed opinions on whether it's necessary to provide notice in this situation. Some people suggest just leaving since I won't be using them as a reference anyway, while others recommend checking my offer letter for any specific notice requirements. I'm feeling stuck and need to make a decision soon.
