I had a second-round interview scheduled for 1pm today for a position I'm really excited about. Unfortunately, I woke up feeling unwell and was dealing with diarrhea until about 10am. I was so anxious about potentially having to leave the call mid-interview that I decided it was best to reschedule. I sent a professional email three hours before the interview and cc’d the interviewer, but I still haven’t heard back from the talent partner regarding a new time. Now I'm worried that I might have blown my chance. Should I have just tried to push through the interview despite feeling sick?
