I recently experienced a company reorganization that resulted in a mass layoff. My job title was changed, and while I was told that my responsibilities would remain the same, I found out that my compensation has been adjusted due to this new title. Unfortunately, my base salary and bonus target have decreased by 9%. I'm feeling uncertain about how to navigate this situation, as I am expected to perform the same job but for less pay. I'm looking for advice on how to move forward from here.
