One suggestion I received was to highlight specific stories from my time in the kitchen, such as managing a busy Saturday night service or training new staff, and to quantify those experiences to showcase my capabilities. I’m trying to figure out how to frame my background in a way that makes me stand out and demonstrates my value to hiring managers.
