I have narcolepsy, which complicates my job search since many social service roles require driving, and I’m currently not allowed to drive for work. I'm exploring options for social service jobs that don’t involve driving. I’m also wondering about applying for positions that list a valid driver’s license as a requirement. At what stage should I disclose my condition to potential employers? I have an associate's degree and I'm three-quarters of the way through my bachelor's in psychology, which I hope to complete in the future when I can afford it.
