I've been feeling uneasy at my job lately, especially since our team at [Company Name] hasn't hired anyone in a long time. With the financial results for the second half of the year about to be released, I can't shake the feeling that layoffs might be on the horizon. I've noticed that meetings with upper management have become much less frequent, which is concerning. Additionally, there have been hints of a return-to-office policy, even if it's just for one day a week, and we've seen reductions in benefits. It feels like there's a constant push to sell and cut costs, and feedback from employees doesn't seem to matter as much as it used to.
