I had an interview recently where the employer mentioned that I would hear back in 1-2 days. They seemed positive about my fit for the role, but now it's been almost a week, including the weekend. I'm starting to feel anxious about it. Should I take their timeline literally or consider that it might mean one to two business days? I'm unsure if I should reach out to them for an update or just keep waiting a bit longer. I usually think 1-2 weeks is a standard waiting period, but their specific timeframe has me feeling a bit off-balance.
