I’m feeling really frustrated with my current job. I work for a company where the management is completely detached from reality, making it incredibly difficult to do my job effectively. My manager often schedules meetings but forgets about them or doesn’t show up at all. Meanwhile, other managers ignore me and then come at me when something goes wrong, as if I caused it on purpose. It’s exhausting to deal with this kind of environment where problems are created out of nothing, and I’m left trying to pick up the pieces. I pride myself on being proficient and capable, but it feels impossible to succeed when the support I need isn’t there. I’ve started applying for new jobs because I just can’t handle this nonsense anymore. The job market is tough, but I need to move on from this situation. I wish things were different and that people would show up and take their responsibilities seriously instead of leaving early or being absent frequently. I could really use some encouragement right now as I navigate this job search.
