I've been on the job hunt for over a year now, and I just had to vent about something that's been driving me crazy. Whenever I upload my resume to job sites, they always try to auto-import the data, and it never works for me. It's so frustrating! I end up having to fix everything manually anyway, which defeats the purpose. I've missed critical details because the auto-import puts information in the wrong fields. It's just exhausting. I wish these websites would stop this feature altogether. If I have to retype everything, I'd rather do it from scratch than deal with their faulty parsing. Has anyone else faced this issue? It feels like I'm the only one who's annoyed by it.
