One of the main topics has been the integration of more automated systems, including some AI technologies, which is leading to the consolidation of production roles. I’ve heard that some stations in Nebraska and Oklahoma are among those affected, but there’s no clear information yet on how many positions will be eliminated or which specific roles are impacted.
