I’m just looking for a straightforward answer: is there an employer out there who would be okay with me needing to take breaks every 15 minutes or calling off on particularly difficult days? I’ve had a hard time even getting work-from-home options approved, even with a letter from my therapist at a supposedly supportive workplace. I don’t need anyone to tell me how much I need to get my act together—I’m aware of that and I’m trying my best.
